Can The Mind Be Sick?
What you are about to read was supposed to be published on 14/2/2024- Valentine's Day. But due to some issues, I had personally, which really affected me mentally.
In truth, I actually experienced what you are about to read happened in my life. To be honest with you guys, it was hard to implement my universe thinning, which I am still trying to do till I figure my way out of my sick mind and get better over time.
Thanks to those who saw through the smiling face I wore. Sending hearts ❤️❤️ to you guys.
To the one reading this, Apologizes for the delay in publication 🙏.
So I was at church on Valentine's Day when this topic popped into my head. “Can the mind be sick” Honestly speaking my eyes were wide open when the idea 💡 came in, and it was based on the message the preacher was given at that time.
One might say, how does the mind get sick? Well sorry to tell ya, it does.
You see, our minds get sick in so many ways which I will be addressing.
Do know this, our minds work in mysterious ways while having the ability to Think, Create, Suggest, Conclude, Decide, and so on.
In my terms, our minds have two forces, the Positive and the Negative. Permit me to use these terms.
But truth be told, it depends on how you use it, who you allow to feed it, or what you choose to feed it as well.
“A wise man once said, We become what we feed the mind”
You see, our minds are like a ladder but depending on what you feed it determines how strong it will become.
So a good female friend of mine gave me fresh fruits from her garden on Valentine’s Day. That was sweet of her, and the fruits were good, I enjoyed them…
Anyway, I already told the universe to reward ✨ her tenfold ❤️
Now where was I???? Ok, I remembered.
The mind gets sick by various things we think of. It might be you wanting to get a new car, or thinking of how to pay your rent. Speaking of rent, I haven’t paid mine yet, oh no!😱 What to do, what to do!!
May the universe take control.
In doing so I put my mind at ease rather than letting my mind restlessly, in other words, sick.
Please say the above with faith, for they are not just words.
Note: my technique of putting my mind at ease might not work for you. But you could try it out, who knows it might just work out for you, only if done with faith, for I am a spiritual person and believer of the universe. Ok ok, that's enough.
So it might be that you are somewhat looking for a high-paying job, or trying to cope with the environment you find yourself in at the same time sending money to family and friends.
Or perhaps wanting to start your own business? Trust me I have been there a little and it was frustrating😩
Oh goodness, I almost dropped my phone just now. Was lucky.
Our minds can be sick in the sense that they can be Depressed, anxious, and schizophrenic.
These are some of the things that cause our minds to be sick.
Schizophrenic or Schizophrenia:
Is a mental disorder that affects how most of us Think, feel, and our behavior as well.
You see, people with this schizophrenia do have difficulty distinguishing what is real and what's not, it leads to disorganized thinking, causing them to hallucinate and also delusion.
Other symptoms may include reduced motivation or social withdrawal, also diminished emotions.
(EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!!! in his voice. Lol)
Schizophrenia can cause significant impairment in daily functioning leading to distress.
The treatment involves a combination of antipsychotic medications, psychotherapy, and supportive services.
Beloved Anxiety Hahaha:
The one that makes us naturally respond to stress and perceived threats.
Just a sec, someone at the door…….
Ok I'm back, it was a dude asking for directions.
Ummm oh oh. Anxiety is characterized by feelings of nervousness, uneasiness, worry, or uncertain outcome of an event.
I believe some of us already know this. For those who don't, now you know.
So, it is normal and somewhat helpful.
The only problem is when it's excessive, uncontrollable, and persistent.
That rings a bell, If you're struggling with controlling your anger, I highly recommend checking out my book called "Uncontrolled Rage." This book offers valuable insights and techniques to help you manage your anger effectively. It's not just a book; it's a powerful resource.

Additionally, I want to highlight that anxiety disorder is characterized by various indicative behaviors.
While I've covered some aspects here, there's much more to explore. Understanding these behaviors is crucial in addressing the challenges our minds face.
Thank you for your interest, and I look forward to connecting with you in the near future. Wishing you peace✌️ and love❤️.
“I hope the audience love my writing.”
“Of course they do.”
“Ok ok that’s enough”
