Why Waking Up at Dawn Might Not Live Up To Expectations

Picture this: the sun peeks over the horizon, birdsong fills the air, and humans of different nature of which some might greet the day with open arms. From CEOs to influencers you name it.

The internet now is filled with early riser success stories for some who might not know, or have the privilege nor access.

But is this rosy dawn hiding a darker truth? Or is there something more of which we don't know?

Do people secretly dread the alarm when it goes off? Or do they yearn for an extra snooze masquerading productive sun salutations?

The rosy dawn alarm both hold hidden truths beneath their surface. Prompting us to inspire and question what lies beyond its picturesque facade.

To be honest, the alarm clock sets us in conflicting emotions of both resistance and the desire for a few more moments of rest.

The contradictions reveal the complexity of our desires and motivations, to make us explore the intricacies of our experiences, by deeply, questioning our assumptions, and embracing the ambiguity.

The Allure of the Sunrise Grind:

There’s an undeniable saying that goes: Conquer The Day Before It Conquers you. Of which i believe is true, and some of us are aware of it.

Quiet mornings promise focused work, gym sessions, and a keen sense of accomplishment before we have even taken a coffee nor a glass of morning water. We're drawn to the narrative of conquering laziness, seizing the day like a productive warrior.

But behind the curtain. Yet, scratch beneath the surface a different reality emerges. Sleep deprivation, grogginess, and a perpetual state of catch-up paint a less picturesque picture of ourselves.

Despite appearances, many of us are struggling.

The Truth:

Not necessarily. The key lies in listening to our own internal rhythm. If dawn breaks find you bleary-eyed and yearning for your pillow, embrace it.

Do remember, a well-rested you is a more productive you, regardless of the hour. Prioritize quality sleep, even if it's a later start.

The Question Remains:

Should We Ditch the Sunrise Symphony?

Remember the early bird myth might have a few cracked feathers.
